What is BreathPrint Yoga?
Every person arrives on the mat with a unique breathing signature, their BreathPrint— shaped by lifestyle, stress, posture, trauma and habit.
This “BreathPrint” influences everything from nervous system regulation to movement efficiency and emotional resilience.
BreathPrint Yoga is a new approach to yoga teaching. It is a therapeutic practice Combining Ancient teachings with modern science BreathPrint places breathing at the centre of transformation.
This training provides a clear and intelligent framework for working with that pattern. Through the integration of functional breathing principles, structured assessment (BOLT score), and breath-led yoga sequencing, you’ll learn how to work with your body toward greater energy efficiency, adaptability, and calm.
The result is a way of teaching that goes beyond form and into function — where breath becomes the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Class styles vary depending on your personal requirements and practice. It can be a Hatha Yoga Practice, or as shown in the photograph, a more dynamic vinyasa flow style.
One to One classes are also available, or small group private classes. Contact me directly to arrange.

This is me doing my personal practice incorporating the sports mask. Here i am specifically targeting the biomechanics and psychophysiology of my breath while practicing a more dynamic vinyasa flow class. The sports mask won't suit everyone but is a powerful prop when used correctly.
