This practical, science-backed workshop introduces the principles of the Oxygen Advantage, a breathing methodology developed by Patrick McKeown, and explores how optimising your breathing patterns can meaningfully reduce the severity of common menopausal symptoms. What you'll discover: Many women in perimenopause and menopause develop subtle breathing dysfunctions — including chronic over-breathing and mouth breathing — that dysregulate the nervous system, reduce oxygen delivery to tissues, and amplify the very symptoms they're struggling with.
